Using This Site: Browser & Cookie Settings

Javascript and session cookies must be enabled to access the File Upload area.

 BROWSER
  1. This site is best viewed with a minimum display resolution of 800x600. To view/change the monitor display settings on a PC, place the cursor anywhere on the Windows desktop background, right-click, select Properties, then Settings.
2. This site uses Javascript. If Javascript is disabled, menus and other functions may not work as expected.
 COOKIES
  Cookies are used to store information during a visit to a web site. Depending on the site, cookies may be used to store personal page preferences, page navigation information or access premium content.
Cookies come in two flavors:
Session cookies store temporary information in memory during your website visit.
Permanent cookies are small files stored on your computer disk. This are typically required for access to premium content areas.
 

Enabling Cookies
Viewing and changing cookie settings depends on the web browser. The following guidelines explain how to find and enable cookies in some of the different browsers.

Internet Explorer 4.x for Windows
Internet Explorer 5.x for Windows
Internet Explorer 6.x for Windows
Internet Explorer 4.5 for Macintosh
Internet Explorer 5.x for Macintosh
Netscape 6.x for Windows and Macintosh
Netscape 7.x for Windows and Macintosh

Internet Explorer 4.x for Windows:

  1. Select the Internet Options option from the View menu.
  2. Click on the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Security option, and select Cookies.
  3. Click on the appropriate radio button to enable or disable cookies. You can also select to be prompted each time a cookie is delivered to your computer.

Internet Explorer 5.x for Windows:

  1. Select the Internet Options option from the Tools menu.
  2. Click on the Security tab and then on Custom Level...
  3. Scroll down to the Cookies option, and select one of the choices presented.
  4. Click the OK button to finish.

Internet Explorer 6.x for Windows:

  1. Select the Internet Options option from the Tools menu.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab and then click the Advanced button.
  3. In the Advanced Privacy Settings window, check the box marked Override automatic cookie handling, and then select one of the choices presented.
  4. Click the OK button to close the window.
  5. Click the OK button to finish.

Internet Explorer 4.5 for Macintosh:

  1. Select the Preferences option from the Edit menu.
  2. Select the Receiving Files option and then select Cookies.
  3. In the list, select the cookie whose setting you want to change.
  4. Click the Accept Cookie button. The actual text on the button will change depending on the state of the cookie that you have selected.

Internet Explorer 5.x for Macintosh:

  1. Select the Preferences option from the Edit menu.
  2. Select the Receiving Files option and then select Cookies.
  3. Next to When receiving cookies:, select the desired level of cookie acceptance.
  4. Click the OK button to finish.

Netscape 6.x for Windows and Macintosh:

  1. Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
  2. Open the Privacy & Security category in the Preferences window. You can do this by double-clicking on Privacy & Security.
  3. A list of options will drop down. Select the Cookies subcategory.
  4. Select the option labeled Enable all cookies on the right.
  5. If you wish to be warned before a cookie is stored, check the box beside Warn me before storing a cookie.
  6. Click the OK button to finish.

Netscape 7.x for Windows and Macintosh:

  1. Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security category in the Preferences window. You can do this by double-clicking on Privacy & Security.
  3. A list of options will display. Select the Cookies subcategory.
  4. Select one of the options below:

    Enable cookies from the originating web site only means Netscape will reject cookies coming from web sites other than the one you are currently viewing (called "foreign cookies").

    Enable cookies based on privacy settings
    allows you more control over when you accept or reject cookies. To modify Netscape's settings for accepting and rejecting cookies with this option, click the View button.

    Enable all cookies means Netscape will accept all cookies
